I think Becky Manton is perfect in what she does. Yes she is attractive and very presentable but it's her voice and word perfect delivery which wins her the top spot. She is so warm and ordinarily at ease at her job without being over the top unlike so many of her contemporaries. I'm sure off screen, she is a really lovely genuine person.
