I am a tarot reader. I read anything from the traditional tarot decks, to Spanish playing cards, to tea leaves and cigars giving people answers and advice to whatever their need may be. I read the cards by placing them in a formation and piecing together the symbolism much like a storyboard for a film.
What's the most interesting part of your job that people don't know about?
I don't think people realise how much a tarot reader is like a therapist or life coach. I'm advising you on your life and working through issues with you. Many times people come to see me, because they need someone to talk to who won't judge them in any way, shape or form.
What's the most annoying part of your job?
The people who don't want to hear the truth can get on my nerves. I will not lie to you or sugarcoat things to make a quick buck. Often my readings go over the time limit because I want to make sure I have covered everything.

What's the oddest thing that ever happened at work?
At one point in my career I was working in a Botanica (spiritual store). I had these crazy women who always came in wanting free readings and products. One accused me of sending demons into her house late at night to rot her lettuce. That was interesting.
Have you ever inspired an "office crush"?
I've had a few boys pay for a reading just to talk to me. I read them anyway and encourage them to find love elsewhere.

I am also a Tarot reader, and drea analyst. I havn't come across any destroyed lettuces by stray demons however! Yes, never use flowery language, or props, and am didicated to my work. I always ask people to donate to he local Hospice also.
