How many of the world's tallest men does it take to change a lightbulb? Just one and he keeps getting asked to do it wherever he goes.Sultan Kösen, from Turkey -- who at 8ft 1in is the new world's tallest man -- says that whenever he goes out, people ask him to replace hard-to-reach lightbulbs or hang curtains.
Kösen, 26, was yesterday crowned by Guinness World Records as the tallest man in the world, at the launch of their book's 2010 edition -- taking the title away from relative short-arse Bao Xi Shun who, who measures a measly 7 feet 8.95 inches.
The giant-sized Turk -- who grew to his extraordinary height because of a damaged pituitary gland which produced too much growth hormone -- says he hopes the title will begin to make life easier for him.
He says he would like to be able to get fashionable clothes that fitted him, a car which was big enough for him to drive, and find a girlfriend. Most women are apparently scared by his height and only come up to his waist. Add your own joke here.
