In Formula One drivers only stand a chance of winning a race if they are in the right car. In the world of Miss Plastic, the globe's top prize for 'surgically enhanced' women, you need the right surgeon to stand a chance. That's why we hope that Réka Urban, who has just scooped the dubious title in her native Hungary, thanked her surgeon upon winning the award.
Blonde-haired Réka, 22, took the title winning an apartment in Budapest as her prize. Though it is not known what surgery she had undergone, this is probably a sign of the quality of work done by Dr. Mária Czegléd, who won the constructors' championship (presumably).
While it all worked out in the end the contest got off to a non too auspicious start when early favourite Alexandra Horvath, 23, was rushed to hospital after her fake boobs caused her to lose balance and trip over in her high heels. Sure, that was embarrassing, but at least the blow was cushioned by 12-or-so inches of silicone. (Another picture below.)

Why did she have it done? Was she disfigured..was she ill? Or was she like so many people these days, just so desperate to be liked that she was willing to deface her own natural beuty in order to please those interests.
It is of course, upto the individual as to whether or not they wish to pump something into themselves that will come back to haunted later on, or worse, something that could actually cause a serious health risk.
I will however never understand why; you can usually spot this kind of surgery a mile off, especially the lips and for me it's a right turn-off. I don't want fake..just put some make-up on or go and live in a nicer climate, this is defacing your body for the sake of pleasing others, and not without risks.
Just be yourself and you won't need it, you'll also project a beauty that is priceless. Don't be fake, be yourself.

On the page: "place of operation: Mell"
Mell means breasts in hungarian.
And in Hungary we use our family names first so google for: "Dr Czeglédi Mária"
