We reckon it's a regular argument at 10 Downing Street: Who are the hottest world leaders? Well rest your debating vocal chords Brown and Darling, because a new website named The Hottest Heads of State is sorting it all out.

Like any good democracy, the mysterious operators of Hottest Heads allow for votes, comments and grammatically incorrect hate mail to dictate their rankings.

For example, Sexiest Shirtless Machine Gunner Alive Vladimir Putin is #18 out of 172, but the site asks readers to choose whether to move him up or down ... or to put that naughty Russkie in his place.

The current #1 is Yulia Tymoshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine (shown here greeting #165, South Korea's Lee Myung-Bak). But also, keep an eye on Argentinian President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, now at #5 -- should she invade The Falklands, we'd probably go bright red, giggle and let her keep it.

How does the PM fair? Not well. Last time of checking he was aesthitcally struggling at #85. Obama, meanwhile is at #15, while Pope Benedict XVI ranks in at a woeful #171, ahead of only that Krazy Korean Komodo Dragon, Kim Jong-il.
